Definitely a quick read, with great techniques, and information. If your new to meditation and wanting to learn about the kundalini, this could be a good book for you. It is for me, thnkx to Brother Yoesef

As one whose practice includes work wirh Kundalini Shakti, I am sometimes puzzled by the dangers associated with the practice. Sri Chinmoy's perspective explained alot, and reminded me that devotion to the goal of knowing God is primary.Experience of Kundalini Shakti is a gift best received with humility, not something to be demanded. Thy will, not my will.

SriChimney is famous for the work he does, but this book consists of lectures to people who have not had experience in kundalini

This book ,like all of Shree Chinmoys books, explains with great clarity the mystery of Kundalini. Since he himself is a accomplished Yogi, his words are authentic and his description of the Chakras crystal clear and easy to understand. His words are poetic and goes directly into the heart.This is a great book for anyone who really wants to understand the Kundalini and its mystries.

Such a good book, definitely need this in your library.
