After two weeks following the label my mood felt steadier and I fell asleep faster. Small capsules and gentle on the stomach. No caffeine or melatonin. The bottle lasts well. If you take medications, check first, especially antidepressants.

My nutritionist recommended this supplement, and I usually take it in the morning with my other vitamins. But when I forget and take it at night with Ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate, it honestly helps me sleep so well. Lately, with everything I’m going through after losing my husband, I’ve had some really rough nights, but this has helped me sleep like a baby. 🤍

Soo, soo soothing. De-stresssd, relaxed, happy! Perfect for my teens too! Nothing better than this one. The others had good effects they are suppised to have, but at the cost of vomiting a couple times later in the day. This one DOES NOT MAKE ME SICK! Makes my antidepressants actually work! 10 stars! I can't say enough about its effectiveness. However, I don't take it every day. Just for a few days as needed.

I bought another mega mix multi supplement that did nothing but make me feel lethargic and sick. These pills, however, made a noticeable difference in calming (but not sickening) me and didn't smell rank like the others. Sometimes I take three instead of two and don't seem to have any problems eventually falling asleep (though I think it may give me loose bowels the next day). As a bit of background, I normally use Rx meds to help me sleep but am out for several months so turned to these. Recommended.
