Never used anything like this before
The description of what this stuff does and how to do it is suspiciously simple. So, I bought a 10lb bag to see if it was true. I've never done this sort of sweep in filler sand process before. I did it, and tried a few off-the label uses of it for stabilizing bricks and rocks. It worked perfectly. As I was watering it in, I did see it smart to wash off the material that got on the top of the pavers, and did that again after the inbetween material dried a few hours later. Polymeric works very well. Made me think I could do some more walkways with it. Going to try this winter.

Good color match for my project
Used the sand to fill gaps in pavers around pool. Worked perfectly and color match was good.

Super easy to use! I like it so far
I took a portion of this bag and placed into a ziplock bag cutting a corner off for easy application. I then misted as the instructions stated and it looks great and works nicely thus far. I have a driveway FULL of cracks so I will attach a video or photo soon =)

Very expensive garbage
I have worked with every sand out there from $5 to $35 or so. This at $90 seemed ridiculously expensive but I figured maybe there was a reason / maybe it was some extremely good product. I was wrong. Opening the bag I had high hopes, as in there were no clumps, and sand "looked" expensive, fine, good texture, etc.But it's performance makes it an absolute garbage. I followed the instructions to the T, and there was no rain for over a week. Then a little rain came, and product became super soft / you could very easily make indents with your finger in it. Another few weeks went by, where I purposely avoided walking or driving over the pavers. Then, one day a heavy rain came, roughly 1.5-2 inches of rain. In the morning, some 90+ percent of this sand was gone from the joints. So to summarize: you can only use this indoors, maybe in a museum, behind a yellow caution tape or something. You can't use any place where it rains or where there is foot or vehicle traffic - it disintegrates and disappears in such conditions and with it your hard labor and money.

This stuff works great!
I used this for a 240 square foot patio made of 1 foot pavers. Put down 3 - 4 inches of decomposed granite and used a plate compactor (rented from HD) to make sure it was solid. Then a 1 inch layer of sand to set the pavers. Set them in and lightly tamped them in. Just left a 1/8 inch gap between the pavers. They felt "loose" when walking on them, even though the base was very firm, they'd move slightly when walking. I had planned on using another brand of poly sand, but when I looked at the instructions, the stuff available locally said it was for 1/4 inch or larger gaps. I found this Dominator Polymeric sand at Amazon, it had good reviews, and said it could be used for 1/8 gaps. So I bought the 45 lb bucket.Installation was pretty simple: Spread the sand over the pavers, then sweep it into the gaps. I used a 24" push broom with fairly still bristles. Keep spreading sand and sweeping until the gaps are full. I found that going across the gaps at an angle worked best. When the gaps are full, sweep the excess off. Then use a leaf blower to get the remaining dust. Use the leaf blower LIGHTLY so you don't blow the sand out of the gaps!Following the instructions, I used a hose set on shower to spray small sections (about 8x10) at a time. Spray for 15 - 20 seconds until water just starts to pool on the sand, then stop and wait about 30 seconds. Then spray it a second time.It only took about 5 minutes to do my 240 square feet. I again used a leaf blower to blow any sand residue off the top of the pavers. To be honest, I don't think that made a difference on my concrete pavers, as I used the Titanium color, which perfectly matched the pavers. I don't think I did a good job with the second round of blowing, but there are no stains anywhere. That's it. Done. And when walking on the pavers immediately afterwards, they were SOLID! The sand was still wet, but this stuff really locked the pavers into place! And the next day, after the sand had cured more, it was even more solid. The stuff sets up almost like a good silicone sealant; it's flexible, but it's kinda glues the pavers together. I had about a 1/4 inch gap around the perimeter of the pavers, between the pavers and the aluminum edging I used, and (about 2 weeks later) you can press your finger into those spots and it's still kind of flexible. Solid, but flexible. It feels like it'll stay that way for years. And the pavers don't move around - at all! We moved our patio furniture onto it, and use it daily. The 45 lb bucket was just enough to do our 240 square foot patio with 12 inch paver with 1/8 inch gaps. And I mean just barely. If you have bigger gaps or smaller pavers, you'd need more. Yes, it's fairly expensive compared to the kind at the big box stores, but it's worth every penny. If you're doing pavers, don't even think about getting something else - this stuff is awesome!

I don't see that this will last and ants can get through it.
Ants can chew up through this as you can see the black long hole in my photo number 2. When I prepped the area, I did not see any ants or I would have gotten rid of them beforehand.Other problems I see:1) I was hoping this would last awhile but you can see little bits of sand coming off of the top in photo 12) dirt that gets on it, seems to cling to it which mean soon weeds will find it3) sweeping it does not work well with the dirt problem and loose sandBut it does look nice and application is easy - however, the prep work is so time-consuming that if it doesn't last, I will be very disappointed to have to do it all over again.

Superior paver sand
I bought eight 45-pound buckets of titanium for a paver patio. This product sets joints between pavers better than anything you can buy at Home Depot or Lowe’s. The problem that people typically run across with most paver sand, including this product, is that they do not use a compactor. It’s essential for long term durability. You can usually rent these machines from a hardware store for under $100 per day. The other issue is some folks are saying it washes away like regular sand. This would happen, for example, if you pour the product from waist height or spread it around with a broom too much, since the binding material is extremely fine and can blow away easily when you separate it from the coarse material. As others have said, reading the directions is really important. It’s walkable in 45 minutes and should dry completely even in humid environments within 24-48 hours. I’ll update this in a few months to 5 stars if no weeds or anything pop up. EDIT: it’s now 3 months later and I’ve had no washouts or weeds anywhere. This product is definitely worth the higher cost compared to the inferior big box store stuff. EDIT2: After 9 months, still incredible. Buy this product if you’re serious about your project!

Excellente qualité et facile à poser
Dispendieux mais vaut le coût. Les instructions sont simples et claires et la qualité du produit donne un résultat impeccable. Notez que ça prend une bonne journée pour que le produit sèche et durcisse complètement.

Not for me…
After buying and receiving the package It seemed a very complex application for UK weather. There is a video just to show how to apply it!No doubt it does the job, but as I was faced with probably requiring another TWO bags it was going to cost nearly £600 !I decided to return, only to realise it was to CHICAGO ! ! ! And the cheapest quote for return postage was over £100 !It’s going on EBAY and good lesson learned to check source of items purchased so easily on AMAZON
