Can i use my new 8bitdo fightstick on my ps4??

Yes, you can. If you use the fightstick Bluetooth connection, please make sure you switch to S (Switch) mode. If you use the fightstick 2.4G connection, please make sure you switch to X(Xinput) mode, and connect the 2.4G dongle to MAYFLASH Magic-S Pro.

Can i use my ps4 controller on my ps3 and get full vibration and sixaxis support?

No, you can't get full vibration and sixaxis support on PS3 but you can get all of them on Switch.

After updating, switching it into switch mode and turning on switch pro wired it still won't recognize my hori ps3 scv fight stick. what can i do?

You can try to connect a different controller to your switch by this adapter to check if the adapter works fine or not. And please check the user manual of your hori stick.
