This knife feels light in the hand, and the grip is textured. The pointed tip is super-sharp and useful for coring and slicing tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables. The German carbon steel blade has a small amount of flex. Mercer knives are a great value.

For the price, these are great knives. I wanted an inexpensive alternative for a Birds Eye paring knife. I love the smallest knife because it is especially proficient at cutting under grocery store shrink wrap.

I love the brand and this knife is amazing but I didnt like the handle at all, super lightweight and super thin. You can easily cut yourself.I felt odd having a knife front this brand that looked so cheap. The knife by itself, is amazing.

These knives are super sharp. The curved blade is great for peeling round fruit like kiwi, and the straight blade is great for cutting the stem out of strawberries. I was amazed at the quality of these knives for the price. I have other Mercer knives and they are fantastic, too. You can't go wrong with this brand.
