Union Jack: JFK's Special Relationship with Great Britain

Well written, informative and entertaining, it provides good context for an appreciation of JFK's worldview and his resultant foreign policy. A good read for anyone who is both an admirer of Kennedy and an anglophile.

With the centennial of John Kennedy's birth several books have been published, many of which cover similar ground. Union Jack takes a different approach and is about Kennedy's relations with England and times he spent there. This is a very readable book which includes the major events and personalities of the 20th century. It is well researched and contains many fine photographs. I would definitely recommend it.

Spoiled little rich boy with too many bought political connections. U S Navy service was honorable, but Camelot on the Potomic was pure fiction. He got us in a terrible war which the politicians lost for us.
