Amazing
Heavy duty quality. Amazing nonstick surface. I love the handles that make it easy to maneuver. These are the best baking pans I’ve used. Way better than other, higher priced brands (think Wilton). My cakes bake more evenly and don’t have that middle hump so I’m not having to cut that before layering them up. I do love the crispy edges it produces so I leave the icing off the edge of my cakes for a more rustic look and a bit of crunch factor. I’ll probably replace my 9” and 10” with this same brand and style. Also the holes offer a place for the water to drain after washing. So far I’ve only hand washed these but they wash so quickly without scrubbing that it’s my preference so they’ll last longer.

This is one of the best baking pans I’ve used for making chiffon cakes. The pan is thick and sturdy, which helps distribute heat evenly for perfect baking results. My cakes rise beautifully and come out light, fluffy, and evenly baked every time. Highly recommend this pan for anyone who loves baking chiffon cakes!
