Lloyd-Jones is one the greatest Bible preachers and teachers of the 'modern' times. His life spans a critical period in the development and falling away of the church. He links us to a Puritan past, and provides us with a modern view. His brief study of spiritual authority is a must for reform believers. In particular, part 3, concerning the authority of Holy Spirit and his ministry, is critical to understanding the condition of church at large, and the reform church in particular.

Very Important reading for anyone interested in what the Bible says about Authority. People easily accept a Policeman's authority, but reject at any higher absolute Authority.

Not what I expected, in a great way. This was a solid (as always with DLMJ) teaching on the believers true authority.
