I purchased this primarily to prevent items from slipping from the center console into the backseat. I generally place my purse and other items in the passenger seat when I'm driving, but if I have others in the car with me, I like to place that on the center console. However, it drives me crazy when those items slide around, especially into the backseat. I had been looking for some kind of mesh to prevent that, but most won't work until the center console top lifts up. Mine slides back, so many wouldn't work. This one is great. I clipped the bottom hooks underneath the two front seats and the top hooks to the head rests. It stretches enough to allow for that, but not so much that it isn't secure. I would definitely recommend this item.

WITH THE JEEP DOORS OFF I WORRY OF MY DRINK BOTTLE FALLING OUT AND I THINK ONE DID. I GOT THIS SO I COULD PUT STUFF THERE AND HAVE EASY ACCESS TO MY WATER BOTTLE. I'M SO HAPPY I BOUGHT IT. THOSE WATER BOTTLES CAN GET EXPENSIVE. THIS IS SAVING ME FROM THINGS FALLING OUT AND I GET TO ENJOY MY JEEP WITH THE DOORS OFF.

The fit is too small. Performance, not that great. Organization, it fits 2 diapers and a pack of wipes.

This product looks like it would fit the bill. Two out of three of my doggos are always PINING to get to the front seat (and thus to the destination 0.3 seconds faster). When it came, there was an area of stitching that was not securely fastened, thus the meshing was already starting to come apart from the border. It was easy to set up and I liked that it had a mesh "pocket" in the middle. But our dogs still tried to get up to the front, despite the barrier. When they tried, often their paws would get caught and stuck inside the open and wide mesh. Since its all elastic their legs would pop right down into it! Even their nails were catching. Imagine if you took a fast curve, or had to break quickly when their paw was stuck?! I do not believe this is a safe product and have removed it from my car.

I like this, not because it is so handy or hold lots of things - it doesn't, but it helps keep my dogs in the back seat when I take them places. It goes up and is very universal in attachment, has ample stretch and reach to fit almost any vehicle between two front bucket seats.

I carry a medium sized crossbody purse. This net suspends my purse in the air. I did not like that at first and sometimes my front zipper caught in the net- so I looked for something else. I got a solid one that worked for about two weeks and then would not hold my purse upright anymore. I put this back in my car. My purse may seem suspended in mid air- but it always sits upright and never falls out. I just make sure not to set it in as far as the front zipper. Even technically only half in- my purse stays upright, never falls out and is easy to take in and out.
