My LMT used this on my neck and shoulders. It works great to relieve muscle ache. The warmth lasts at least an hour if not more. Kind of smells like ben-gay. The active ingredients are a bit different. By the time it got here I wasn't using it as much. But, it will be good to have on hand.

This balm is better than any balm i have ever tried (tiger,dragon,snake). I have had 30 surgeries from a rock climbing accident. I have never found anything prescription or over the counter that works so well and quick on muscle pain. This is the only thing that works on my sciatic. My wife is a Thai masseuse. For her clients with severe pain like me she mixes with the massage lotion. It will feel very cold or hot depending on the surrounding air. The smaller metal tin is very difficult to open. It also works great on mosquito bites and head aches. Do not apply it with the same finger that you rub you eyes with (yeeeowww). This is a great price for 18 grams. I did not order from this company so check the shipping time. My friends use it every time we go wake boarding.
