haven't had the hands-free big O yet, but making good progress - note: beginner & advanced set sizes are actually interleaved - if you can't feel the smaller size, try the larger for a while (the larger size did nothing for me, but smaller started peristalsis immediately). wave sensation is VERY pleasurable even without orgasm. Alternative medicine at its best
Is the same as the Peristal device for hemorrhoids. Was a lot less expensive. Is an interesting but effective way to very rapidly reduce them. Prostate is working great too - but didn't have problems there. I suppose you get a two fold benefit!
