Perfect mattress topper. I struggled whether to get the firm vs the medium firm. Went with 3" medium firm and glad I did. It's the right balance of comfort and firmness for me. Not sure why everyone peddles memory foam nowadays. Never liked the sinking in and the trapped heat. Regular ol' polyurethane makes me a happy camper.

Absolutely buy this foam over any other memory foam if you are looking into making a custom mattress for your Van Life vehicle. I made a custom wood box platform for my Honda Element and this foam was the best option by far...it was easy to cut down using an electric turkey cutter knife.The 3 inches of foam is more than enough for me as a skinny guy who sleeps on my side. With a wood base below, the medium firm mattress I bought is nice and firm but just soft enough to be very comfy for me and my doggy sidekick.I have so far slept on this setup close to 20 times and have no desire to change it. I can highly recommend this foam in every way. It is even an American Made product with reason able pricing.Also, I slept on my 3" foam in my home a few nights on top of a medium firmness mattresses...it was very comfortable but a little softer than expected because of not having a firm base mattress below it, however it did make my sleep better at home.There was no terrible smell when removing the foam from the plastic packaging and it expanded to full size almost immediately. No complaint can be made of how it arrives and was shipped...I can only say good things about this product.

This foam is very comfortable. I have been looking for this on Amazon for a long time and I didn’t found it until now. I have a mattresses that is so tough and firm it was impossible to sleep. I put this foam over it and it is so good and soft like sleeping on a cloud! I have Arthritis and my pain went down from a 10/10 to a 4/10. It is hot, yes. But you can put a cotton bed protector and use cotton sheets. It is sturdy! It doesn’t break like the new infused mattress. I highly recommend it.

I love this topper. I was looking for an alternative to buying a new mattress as you could feel the springs through ours. I got this topper as well as a cooling pillow topper sheet and they’re perfect. Pictures attached show size (it was perfectly fit to the mattress). Photo was also taken about five min after unrolling, so you can see it does not need ‘inflation’ time. Additionally, a pic shows the foam being pressed as hard as I can and it does not condense all the way down.I wanted something foam, but not memory foam since it’s hard to move around on, and I wanted it to still be firm as my partner prefers a firm mattress. This cushion provided all of this! It’s a soft to the touch foam but dense, similar to a beauty blender if you’re familiar with those.Definitely unfurl this on top of the bed (no sheets) you plan to put it on, as it needs no inflation time. I made the mistake of unrolling it in another room, thinking it would need to inflate, and it popped up immediately and was hard to drag into the other room (hence some ‘dirt’ in one pic).

The foam mattress came wrapped up tight in plastic and upon removing the plastic wrap, it expanded rapidly into its final size. This order was for the regular firm foam, and it's just right and about the same firmness as twin foam mattresses I've had for years. The product description gave dimensions of 58" x 78" for a queen mattress and 3" thick. The foam I received was 59" wide by about 79" long by a full 3" thick. Another reviewer complained that it was only 2.75" thick; not so in my experience. This mattress was ordered for use on an RV bed. The RV bed is supposedly 60" x 75". The foam mattress covered the RV queen mattress perfectly in width. I had to trim the length of course. A reviewer mentioned buying a king foam mattress in order to have enough material to end up with complete coverage of his RV queen. This is not necessary in my experience.

This is a great mattress topper, much better than memory foam. It would get five stars if they didn't short the size. Instead of 60x80 it's only 58x78. They say it's so the sheets will wrap around! We bought a king size and cut it down to 60x75 (it's an RV queen), and there's no problem fitting the sheets over the full 60" width. Also, instead of the 3" advertised thickness, it's only 2-3/4". Maybe they're just shorting the amount of foam to cut cost. Instead of 60x80x3=14400 cubic inches of foam, it's 58x78x2.75=12441 cubic inches. That's a 13.6% saving for the manufacturer.

This is just what was needed to place over a mattress. Excellent quality.

So glad I bought this. It took me many tries to find the right one for my comfort and this is it. If/when it wears out I will buy another one. Had this one for less than a year
