CirKa Controller for N64 (Fire)

The controller functions as expected for a $15 after market controller. The color is spot on matched to my fire orange console and the cord is plenty long. The only complaint I have is the joystick seems to not be 100% accurate, but then again I hardly remember what it was like playing on original controllers. I was like 7 so probably didn't notice the bad movements. Fine for most games, I did have some trouble playing Mario 64 as I found myself running of edges and missing jumps a LOT. Again, could be total lack of coordination. Either way, this is the best cheap replacement controller you can get and the colors are accurate. Games are completely playable.

This controller is fine for kids who you don't want abusing your good controller, or friends you want to sabotage in competitive games. This controller is not as good as the original. The joystick is not as responsive as it should be, lots of dead space towards the center. It is impossible to use in shooters like 007 or Perfect Dark. The buttons tend to stick or not respond unless pushed just right, makes games like super smash bros or ready to rumble boxing hard to play. The only reason I gave this a generous 3 stars is because my kid, who I have never shared my original controller with, does not realize how poor the quality is.

Works. Stick and buttons are stiff at first. Stick made clicking noise when it was moved to the side (left specifically), but after 15 minutes of playing it stopped. *Shrugs*

Other reviewers claimed that the joystick was too loose. Either they have poor quality control or this is a Goldilocks issue. The joystick is way way too tight. We bought another of a different brand and fight over who has to use this one.

Controller works fine, kind of. The place in the back where you put the pak in doenst read the pak very well, I thought it was the pak at first but it works perfectly fine in the teal controller I have, just not the one I bought here. Kinda disappointed.

Bought two of these... Took about 3-4 uses @ 1-2 hours each, to break in. Actions are not very fluid until broke in... Once broke in, work very well and seems to be getting better with each use.

It works great BUT not the color I expected. To me it looked red but was actually orange. MY BAD as I look closer to the online picture I see it is actually orange in color. Very satisfied with this product.

This controller was Fire Red before Pokemon. Didn't get that joke? It's okay, you're a millennial - the only things you get are crippling depression and terrible jobs, thanks to our parents. Need an escape from all the sadness? Plug this badboy into your 20 year old N64 and beat someones ass at Mario Kart. You should probably buy 4 of them, so you and ALL your unemployed friends can forget your sadness together.

These controllers function, the thumbstick is extra stiff and clicky, it feels like it could break at any moment when playing, very noisy thumbstick. I've only used the controller 4 or 5 times and it's still going. The rest of the controller is fine, the thumbsticks need to be improved big time.I bought two of them, and both are the same.You can play with them, but the joystick makes it unbearable at times..

Funciona muy bien, es físicamente idéntico al control original y el precio es muy accesible. Estaba entre comprar originales con joystick nuevo o estos y no me decepcione.

the joystick and even buttons are still a bit stiff, but that's not a bad thing, I suppose it'll soften up with time. Kinda cheap looking, but I am confident that it'll tough me a while if I take care of it. Will buy again when I need another controller. :P
