Beautifully packaged, and the ceramic diffuser looks good in the home. It's worth knowing that it arrives with a spare bottle for transferring oils. It is advised to use Aromatherapy Associates oils, pr equivalent quality, as lesser oils may damage the internal mechanics of the unit. I bought two of these, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Great price and great seller, quickly resolved a minor issue (the atomisers turned up without the included essential oils - this was quickly taken care of).

I have been using Aromatherapy Associates products for years and years back to when the company was Micheline Arcier in London. Their products are usually fabulous. This diffuser broke after a few months of use. I have had no help whatsoever from this Seller or Amazon Customer Service. I am just being passed around from one to the other in the hope that I will give up. It's a great pity when a good product is represented by such a shoddy Seller on Amazon. Looks as though I will have to contact the company in England. Sigh.

The difusor stopped charging a few months after I was given it. When I reached out to the company they basically said they could not help because I did not have “proof of purchase “ I told them it was a gift but they did not care. I was not even offered a discount on a replacement. I would never buy from a company that does not stand behind its products.
