Sphynx Razor - Berry Haute (Old Model)

After reading reviews about the product, I decided to order one. I received my sphynx 2 days after ordering, and upon opening and inspecting, the plastic top to the spray bottle came undone. I reached out to sphynx thinking that they would simply send me a plastic top replacement. Well, the lovely Shannell who assisted me was adamant about sending me a new spray bottle, and another sphynx for my troubles. The customer service is beyond amazing, and I cannot wait to purchase these for my girlfriends (especially those who travel often.) This product is a gamechanger, super portable, and the soap bar smells really, really lovely.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would as I shown the razor is small and it cuts the skin! Also the larger doesn’t lather up. It’s a dry stick. The only cute thing about it is the small water bottle that I will keep and use for something else. DON’T waste your money. Wish I hadn’t waited a year to use it

I love the idea of this product, the spray bottle is way too small, it’s hard to clean, leaves serious razor burn, only has a thin cheaply made blade.

This is a very clever product for travelling purposes! It's all contained in this cool circular device and it's so easy to pack! I bring it with me everywhere now - it just stays in my overnight bag for my next trip! BRILLIANT!

This doesn’t work. I tried it on my legs, bikini area and under arms. It removed a few hairs from on arm pit, but that was it. The single blade razor doesn’t seem to touch the skin. Would not recommend.

UPDATE - Was contacted by Sphynx, and they explained to me how some of the products are sent by unofficial buyers which affects the quality of the razors. Please be careful when buying the razors to make sure it is sent by the official brand.The razor here is sooo dangerous I get multiple cuts every time I use it! Really bad quality of the razor.

Convenient and easy to use. Shaves great on the go. Can't forget it when I travel. Price is super affordable.

I tried to use this product for a normal shave hoping it would save water. I ended up getting three cuts and hadn't even finished one leg. Would not recommend for normal use! Go slow when using it and only for touch ups!!-Disappointed and want to return!!
