Be careful you are purchasing a set of adapters, the product page looks as if you are only buying one adapter, don't make the mistake I made and end up with four.Product is a very loose fit, definitely need to screw into place, otherwise it will fit flush and the bedside.

This in not a no drill kit. The instructions state to drill and use self tapping screws. Look at the second picture, you can see the top of a screw in the side of the bed. Basically it allows you to screw from the side instead of the the top of the bed rail. Also, the head of the nuts are below so the gap is 1/2" above the bed rail. Means the threads stick up which unlike the picture.
