Ok quality, size way too big
Good quality vitamins and I trust Nature Made as a brand. The Super B Complex seems to work well and gives a nice energy boost without any side effects. The only downside is the size of the tablets — they are a bit large and can be hard to swallow. Other than that, the product is good and does what it’s supposed to do.

easy to take B complex
I came across this B complex because it has more stuff in it. it's in a good size and easy to take, no after taste and it doesn't upset my stomach.
