Awesome for $100. Fit perfect on my 2018 ram 2500. Don’t listen to Amazon when it says it won’t fit. Installed with the side brace bracket in about ten minutes. No modifications needed. Install two main bolts loosely then install the brace bracket. Then tighten everything down. Glad I didn’t splurge for the oem one.

Well, I am older than middle age these days. Although I can enter the bed using the tailgate, or stepping on the tire, the step is so much easier and I have used it a lot to load up the truck while loading up and unloading the truck for a trip. It works great for me. I am using it on a 2024 power wagon and it fit perfectly with the existing holes. There is the wiring harness that you have to deal with, I rotated it slightly to get clearance, then cut off a piece of the foam that was in the box that the step came in and tie wrapped it around the step to provide a cushion between the step and the wiring. I make it a habit to face perpendicular to the direction the truck is facing when using the step because one reviewer said his broke, and if you are entering at 45 degrees your crotch will be right over the point of the tailgate. My step works and has not failed me but I always think about the possibities if things go wrong. I always support myself with both hands while using the step as well. I weigh between 210 and 220 usually- for reference. The price is very good for this step. I read one review that said the step fell off while driving, so I checked the tightness of the Allen bolts holding the hinge pins in when I installed it also. Everything was good. Very happy with my purchase, bought one for my son as well.

Installed the step and it would catch the bottom lip of the bumper, I ended up taking it off and slotting the holes on the step about a 1/4 of a inch to lower the step down instead of trimming the bumper. Once installed again it just clears. If I were to do it again I would take alittle more off to lower it a little more. Over all pleased with the step I knew I might have a small issue from reading other reviews. One thing I will say is it says to change out the stock bolts with new stuff they supplied the stock bolts are long enough and a higher grade bolts so I chose to keep the stock bolts.

Nice Unit, Not as easy to install as they make it sound, but once its on it's great.

This step is a game changer for crawling in and out of the truck bed. My dually has a 3” lift and so it was even more of a challenge than when it was stock. The hitch was pretty easy to install and it works great!

Fit just like OEM! Easy to install works like a champ! I weigh 260lbs used the step to top off load of 100lbs cement bags no problems good buy!
