It’s pretty bright and is good overall. I wish I knew you could only get 165hz with a display port but whatever.

Got this monitor for $80 thanks to Amazon Warehouse and it was WEELLL worth the money. It’s advertised as 165hz but I can only get 144hz. This is probably a problem on my end but if not, the jump I just made from 75hz to 144hz is still incredibly good. Especially for $80. Recommend it for sure.Update: I’m a dummy, fixed my issue with the refresh rate. Now running 165hz!! What a steal!

I have been using it about 7-8 hours daily. No any issues. The picture quality is nice and sharp. Easily adjustable. The bezels are very narrow which gives it a great look. Installation and connection very easy.

The monitor looks absolutely phenomenal and delivers a great frames per second value to those who are looking for something higher than a TV. The only downside to it is for those who want an all in one package, there are sadly no speakers. This is made up for easily in the ease of use and settings of the monitor, as you can simply use headphones or a stand-alone speaker to make up for the lack of one.

Now I don't have any experience with gaming monitors (mainly using lcd TVs as monitors up to this point) but it makes all the difference in the world. The colors are so vibrant and the refresh rate makes 30fps look like 60.As of right now I am satisfied but will drop an updated if can in the future about any development.

El monitor es bastante completo en características, tiene 165hz, freesync, no es un monitor pesado facilitando su instalación en soporte VESAEl contraste de la imagen por ser panel VA aveces si es un poco excesivo forzando a cambiar los ajustes de imagen si se usará en juegos con grandes contrastes de iluminación

Learned two years later that I overpaid for this thing. These monitors are roughly 80 dollars worth these days. Acer was selling an overpriced item and decided to discontinue it once they realized that it would come back to bite them, quite the easy guide of taking the profits and running. VA monitors are nigh useless when it comes to competitive multiplayer games as the high refresh rate is overwhelmed with ghosting and smearing. Only use VA for good visuals, not for performance.I bought a VA monitor expecting it to be for performance and I was misled. I should've done more research and went for an IPS monitor but Acer oogled me with the glow of a 165hz that looks like a blurry album cover. I didn't know better at the time and now I resent them for it. Never again with Acer.
