Nice product but its too soon to notice a difference also the box it came in wasn't sealed luckily the bottle was sealed

It's a higher dose my doctor prescribed 5mg so I take one every 3 days

BEWARE! Rating 5 stars so it’s seen. I am sad to say that this has caused an awful allergic reaction in me. The positives after taking it as far as having a clearer mind, lower anxiety and a steady energy are nice. HOWEVER… today was the first day I took it and about an hour after I took it, I noticed my head was itching like crazy. I really didn’t think anything about it, although I did think it was strange, but then my entire body started itching to the point I was covered in hives. I had to take Benadryl to stop from going crazy. It’s been over five hours since I took it and I am still itching deep in my skin. I looked it up and it did say that this was a side effect. Be very, very aware of the other side effects also before you take this.

Started taking this after my doctor recommended a methylated folate over regular folic acid given some bloodwork results, and honestly dreaded it at first since the tablet version I tried years ago tasted awful and left a bitter aftertaste for hours. This one's been a completely different experience. Berry flavor is genuinely pleasant, doesn't have that artificial sweetener taste some flavored supplements get stuck with, and there's no lingering aftertaste like my old tablet had. Dissolves easy too, no gritty texture left behind after taking it, which matters when you're taking something daily long term. Energy-wise I feel like I've had a bit more steady stamina through the afternoon the past couple months, though obviously hard to isolate that from other lifestyle changes I've made around the same time. Got rechecked at a recent appointment and my levels had improved, so whatever's happening seems to be working alongside everything else I'm doing. Bottle has lasted a reasonable amount of time at the recommended dose, and it's held up fine without clumping sitting in a somewhat humid bathroom cabinet. Only complaint is the bottle doesn't clearly state how long it takes before you should expect to notice something, wish that was more upfront rather then vague. Worth noting I'm not a doctor, so anyone considering this should get their own bloodwork done and follow their doctor's specific dosing guidance rather then just going off a review alone. Alot easier to take than the pills.

I’ve been really happy with this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines L-methyl folate with methyl B12 in one product.
