Fantasma Toys, Inc Web Attack Tarantula with Web Shooting String

Another gift I got my son for Christmas and he loved this one as well, it was actually his favorite toy. He loved the size it’s A lot bigger than what thought it was going to be. The hair on it makes it feel like what I imagine a spider would feel like, it’s easy to control with the remote. He loves scaring my cat with it. Lol. Recommend 10/10 if you’re kids into spiders.

I bought this in July for my grandsons birthday which was This Friday October 20th, so we just opened it and it only spins around in circles does not go backwards or forwards and the web string was severed in the box wasn’t sure why it was in two pieces until I looked at the box and realize it was supposed to be in one piece attached to the remote control spider, I tried another package of batteries and still doesn’t work. Make sure if you buy this product you open it and try it out before giving as a gift as my grandson was very upset it didn’t work.

The low price is enticing, but it’s an indication that it will not work. The web it shoots is just a string, not a web. Tried to make it work with our existing batteries, wouldn’t work. Went and bought new batteries, the legs wiggled a bit but it didn’t move forward even a whole centimeter. The battery connection point inside the remote is so badly designed that it will not hold the battery in, I had to tape it in.Everything about this is an exercise in frustration for you and disappointment for your child.

My son was so excited for this toy but it is very poorly designed. It will eat and trap any fluff, hair dust ...etc. it all goes right up with the wheels and theb it needs to be taken apart. We have a combo of hard wood and very low area rugs. Since we got this toy it's been taken apart at least 8 times.
