Parsons ADL 61-0200 Cutting Board, 12" x 12"

I have a disability which limits me to the use of only one arm so I use adaptive equipment in the kitchen. I own several cutting boards for one-handed use but this is by far the best. the corners are open which allows bread crumbs and food particles to be easily disposed of and there are three spikes to secure a piece of fruit or vegetable for cutting whereas most boards I've seen have only two spikes which do not hold items securely. the suction cups anchor the board well and it's dishwasher safe. what's not to like! Highly reccommend!

This is true craftsmanship! My 15 year old son has CP and is learning to cut his own meat and this works perfectly for him! The quality is really durable! We both a cheaper version to compare both and this one the prongs are much safer! The other brand looked like nails was just hammered into it with that sharp point! This one however they are nicely pointed and the steaks, chicken, apples go on great. I’d definitely recommend this one over the others.

One of those things I would not want to be without. I had a stroke and my left side not yet working as it normally does. So the best thing for one handed person. Would not want to be without!

LIFESAVER! I ordered a different one, first, but returned it to get this one. I’m SO happy about a cutting board! 6 years ago my left side was paralyzed. I’ve been working on rehabbing it since. Although good movement has been restored, I’m still fine tuning coordination & such. I resisted getting any kind of adaptive devices bc I wanted to force complete restoration. So I’d struggle through food pre-prep to the point where I began dreading it so I wouldn’t do it as much bc anxiety would take over. I’m Italian & tomatoes, onions, & peppers are a staple. This has made my life SO much easier, it’s like I have my properly functioning left hand back in the kitchen w/me again! I HIGHLY recommend this 1. It’s well made, easy to clean, & fits perfectly in my sink (that’s where I wash & cut in 1 easy place to speed things up to compensate). Or u can use it on a counter top bc the suction feet are VERY secure. Nothing’s moving anywhere & u’ll be chopping like a chef! It’s perfect. Get this 1!

Due to a stroke, I lost the use of my left arm and hand. This adaptive cutting board has allowed me to better and safer do all the knife work I once did to cook for my family. The suction cups on the bottom hold the board firmly in place. The spikes allow for cutting into veggies while the corner molds do a great job of holding breads in place. After a couple of years doing 'the best I could' on my own, I am so pleased to have something that really makes a positive difference.

Have someone in your life with arthritis, cerebral palsy, peripheral neuropathy, or other challenge that limits the use of one's hand? This cutting board makes it easier to prep food, such as buttering toast and slicing an onion. We choose to keep it on the countertop at all times. The suction cups are strong, so the board stays put. The prongs are very sharp, which makes them effective. We keep an upside down small glass pyrex bowl over the prong when not in use. I highly recommend this cutting board.

Be careful! The spikes are razor sharp! I cut my finger!

I use this every day for most meals. It is a nice large size for all meal preparation and the taller nail spikes will stabilise most fruit or vegies. The suction cups underneath keep the board in place nicely! This will last years- it is definitely worth it!

Exactly what I expected. Even better than I thought. I am handicapped, so I appreciated the stability of the cutting board.

Could use a couple more spikes on it suction cups hold very well it has helped me since I broke my arm
