True to size
This Rockport shoe is very comfortable and looks great. I love it.

Shoe color didn't hold up
Like the color, style and fit. After wearing the shoes about 3-4 times, on the front of the shoe, the color had worn away. I'm 78 and was not doing anything out of the ordinary for this to happen. I have never had this happen before. I got in touch with the company and asked how to get a shoe dye that I could use. They replied no refund or exchange. I explained how I was not asking for this, just needed some dye as the color did not run deep at all. Have never heard back from them. So will not be buying their shoes again with this kind of Customer Service and I have ended up with inferior shoe quality and can't trust their quality of shoes.

The color is not true to the picture
The color is orange brownish which is not true to the picture. The leather feels quite stiff, kinda like plastic. It’s true to size though.
