I really wanted to like this, if it worked properly I'm sure I would. Feels nice to use, everything looks good, however it very rarely reads when I'm breathing out. Keeping because I can still use it for mindful breathing and as a way to help me quit smoking but for what it's actually supposed to do it's basically useless EDIT: turns out if you block the holes in the mouthpiece it will work every time...would have liked any sort of directions so I could have avoided this but hopefully this helps someone else. Good device but NEEDS INSTRUCTIONS

A smart. really smart device.
I purchased this as a tool to find out where my lung capacity has gotten to after a couple surgeries. Using this tool I have already in just over a month seen significant improvement. It is one tool you will ask yourself why you didn't think of it.

Stopped working
When it worked for the first 6 months it was ok, I liked it for the portability and ease of use, but has since stopped working.. my guess is that dust particles have gotten into it and there is no way to clean it out… don’t buy expecting it to last very long.
