I have no manual on the exercises...how do I get one?

Sorry, our breathing trainer can't set the resistance.Sometimes you might forget to do breathing exercises,our product using for help you do exercise and track that you are making.

Yes, the breathing exercise device is used to train the breathing muscles by inhaling and exhaling. And you can check your expiratory volume with our device.

is the actual training the one where you have to breathe in and out very slowly (like 6-7s instead of usual 1.5-2) ?

It’s an electronic training device. Balanced breathing technique. Definitely not too fast nor slow. The 6-7s about right. Can have connection to computer for printout of progress. It’s a 2-3 week learning curve. Depends what you need it for. I recommend it more for physical, not asthma control.
