great product
Not only is this product really good value for money, it is also well-designed and the fabric is lovely and soft, easy to wear over healing surgery scars. And the ice-bag comes with a special bag to put it into when you put it in the freezer so your food isn't contaminated in any way. The only thing it doesn't do is ice the outer back part of the ankle - but I find I can wriggle the thing round so it does, when I'm sitting down. Otherwise its really comfy to wear when walking about.

Good product but not much use for my type of injury
It is a good product, however, for my type of injury (Weber B fracture) the ice pack doesn’t go far enough around the injured area. Most of my soft tissue damage is around and below the ankle. The ice pack in this product sits mainly above this area.

Easy to use and fit for purpose
I had a pretty serious ankle injury and this product was a great way to ice my ankle, which is a tricky area to keep something secure. The ability to freeze the inserts and then put them into the wrap made the process easy and the wrap is a good balance of supportive and flexible. The ice packs stay cold for a decent amount of time. I did wear a sock underneath.

For top of foot not ankle
The item is ok but the ice pack sits on top of the foot rather than on or around the ankle meaning it didn’t really help me with pain or swelling.

Can’t complain!
Bought this based on the reviews as I’ve recently fractured my foot. As my title suggests, I can’t complain! I like that you can use it for hot or cold compress. I’ve only used for cold so far but it’s definitely helped. My foot and ankle were initially very swollen but I didn’t have any problems putting it on once the ice pack was in and it hasn’t lost its shape. It’s a good product which I’m using more than one a day and I’m two weeks in.

Excellent for brining down swelling
Excellent product. Easy to reuse by putting it in the freezer for a short time. I've even taken it along when traveling.

Perfecto para tratar esguince de tobillo
Es súper cómodo. Quizá el frío no llega tan directo a la piel porque la bolsita congelada está detrás de la tela pero cumple su función a la perfección. Sirve para muchos tamaños porque es adaptable. Ha sido una gran compra.
