Great alternative to using a car seat
I love the newborn inlay! My baby is 3.5 months and hates being in a car seat so this is the perfect alternative. The padding on the straps and behind his head provide a nice supportive pillowy spot that he fell asleep on within 10 mins of our run. The calf support brings his legs to be flat with the seat making it a really nice newborn nest. It’s pretty easy to thread the straps through and then re-thread them through the actual harness. The material is soft and with it being a lighter color, it doesn’t attract as much heat as the black seat does on a sunny day. If you want to run with your younger baby but don’t want to go the car seat route, we are a big fan of this!!

Amazing upgrade
This was an amazing addition to our Urban Glide 2 stroller. I originally had planned on using the car seat attachment for my newborn, but I felt like her head was not cushioned enough on bumpy roads. We got this insert when she was about a month old and it has made a huge difference. The insert is comfortable and keeps her head, cushioned and secured. Now that she is a little older, we use it to bring her on trails as well. It is comfortable and I feel that she is very safe in it.In terms of installation, it was not bad. The instructions aren’t great, but it is pretty intuitive and I figured it out pretty quickly. You do have to undo the straps of the stroller, so I would just recommend doing one side at a time so that you know how to redo them insert has been threaded through.I would highly recommend this product as it allows you to use your $600+ stroller for the first 6 months.

Very nice!
I agree with other reviews, the instructions need to be reillustrated. The designer was terrible. With that being said, I didn't have to take any of the straps off at all to install this. They just slip through all the slots in the insert, took maybe 5 minutes. Not sure if I possibly installed it incorrectly because a few others are saying you have to undo straps (perhaps in the other style strollers?). My chunky 2 month old fits snug as a bug in a rug. It fits perfectly in the Thule Spring. Expensive. It's worth it so we can avoid using a car seat for long stretches; which isn't great for infants.

Well made, improves Thule Spring for infant
Easy to install and makes the stroller a much better fit for a baby that needs a bit more head support

Forget the bassinet attachment. Get this!
I didn't find this it hard to install like some of the other reviewers felt. Twins are so comfortable in this inlay. They stretch out and snooze.

Effectively supports newborn in flat recline
The biggest complaints I read before purchasing this were about the installation instructions. They are truly worse and more confusing than anything from Ikea. The specifically confusing points are (1) they used one set of instructions for two models of stroller and (2) there is one illustration that should be broken into 2 or 3 steps so the process is easier to see.I consider myself to be a bit of a domestic engineer, however, so I bought this and made sure I could install it before the baby came. I don’t shy away from fixing the car seat when the straps get twisted. Also working in my favor is the fact I have used a Thule stroller before so I am familiar with completely disassembling the straps to clean up spit up, juice, crackers, etc. To install this support cushion, you will need to (1) undo all the straps then (2) redo the straps as you thread through the cushion. That’s the gist if it. Make sure it looks like the 5-point harness will still work on the baby while the adapter is installed (I practiced using a stuffed animal because I was still pregnant at this point), and when you’re convinced that it looks safe and matches the picture, you’ve got it installed correctly.
