My thumb is between a small/medium so this is a little too big but still usable. Definitely a life saver for body work.

A great aid for those with double- or triple-jointed thumbs. The Thumbsaver provides excellent support and stiffness for deep muscle massage, but it does take some getting used to as of course one cannot feel the muscles one is massaging. The main reason this product got four and not five stars is the fit around the tip and base of the thumb. For my thumbs at least, the recommended Medium size is a bit too tight around the tip but perhaps loose around the base. Thumbsaver could remedy this by producing the tool in more sizes, and giving better guidance. For example, Short, Medium and Long for length, with Thin, Medium and Thick for thickness -- or even just Thinner and Thicker. With a few more sizes and some appropriate advice on how to choose, this would be a slam-dunk for five stars.

This is my one must have tool as a massage therapist! I have lost a few over the years and immediately replace them(now I try to keep 2 on hand at all times). I only use it for reflexology at this point, and hate if I have to do it without the thumbsaver! I've spent a lot of money over the years on various tools, and this is one of the few that I love!

I bought this for my massage therapist. She really works her hands hard. She has been using this to help her thumbs from getting too tired, and it seems to be helping.

Love this item. I am a chiropractor and work with my hands all day doing soft tissue work. This saves my thumbs and makes them less painful when I've had a full day of patients. It did take some getting used to, but in the end worth the money. I use this everyday in my practice

This was uncomfortable to use and it feels really hard on the client. I did not feel I could use this practically. It’s also too long for someone with smaller hands.
