Painters Pyramid Stands, Yellow (KM1257)

I was skeptical when I bought them. I was skeptical when I opened them. I used them and wow!4 easily held up a 40-50 pound desk. Zero issues. Very stable. Extremely easy and effective. One of the best furniture painting supplies I’ve purchased so far.

Used this while spray painting cabinets. Kept them up off the surface so I could get the sides without worrying about them sticking. Worked as advertised and saved me time.

I bought these to set paintings on to dry. They work great. If using with canvas be mindful where you place them and make sure you don't puncture or make indentations on canvas.

I used to used cut up leftover bits of rigid foam insulation to hold things I was painting. And then I bought these. These are one of those things that you buy thinking it will be okay, and then you use it once and wonder how you ever survived without it. I will tell you how I survived without these. I always had paint on all my fingers and I was constantly sanding off bits of foam insulation that had gotten stuck to my projects. I did get very good at balancing things precariously, and catching them before they splatted paint side down off the workbench and onto the floor, but those are skills I can use in other areas of my life also. My only complaint about these is that they didn't come in a logical number of items. There are 10 pieces here and most jobs I've done either require 3 or 4 pyramids per piece that I am painting, and 10 doesn't divide evenly by 3 or 4. 12 in the box would have been better. A jumbo size pack would be great too- I need to paint a bunch of shelves soon and will have to order another pack or two.I think the foam insulation bits are still in my garage somewhere. I need to throw them out.

Used these to paint our bathroom cupboards! Great to keep off the ground and make sure that the paint doesn’t get ruined!

Waffled on getting these, as they seemed like not really necessary, but I'm glad I got them. I am painting all the cabinets in my kitchen & laundry room which equals a lot of cabinet doors! These are convenient for keeping the cabinet doors raised above the base on which I am painting, & allow for flexible spacing /sizes of doors. Particularly helpful with doors having glass panels. Only issue is that the item you are painting could slid on the triangles if lighter in weight. This can be resolved with a little rubber pad on the top of triangle. I made it work and am happy with the painting triangles.

These little stands are perfect. They do just what is advertised.If you don't have a set; you need them in your shop.
