Karina Sure Grip Clix 3 Tone Color Clips

First of all, I'm a cheap@$$, and am not thrilled with such a high price for a few hair pins, but all the pluses do in the end make the price paid worth it.I have bough a pack of this style of clips from the store, Revlon brand I think, and after a dew weeks, the paint started peeling and corroding, perhaps from hair oils interacting with the cheap metallic paint.These have shown no signs of wear for months now, and that makes me happy, because that means that there's also no questionable chemicals coming off into my scalp.Now as far as the design - perfect. I struggle with keeping bobbies in my hair, no matter what type or trick I try, and every other clip I buy either weighs too much or slides off or pulls out hair. With this style, you get the light weight, no pain, they hold a significant amount of hair, and they STAY ON.

Regular clips have a tendency to slip and don't always work the best for thick hair. As someone with thick wavy hair, these clips stay much better in place. The side prongs provide extra hold. Unlike other reviews, I haven't had them break. You can always spray them with hairspray and let them dry for extra hold as well.The prongs can be a bit fragile, but as long as you're careful and don't put too much pressure on them, they should hold. The metal is the same as you'll find with the average hair clip - nothing special, just fine. I wish they came in a dark brown color to match my hair, but the colors are fine. They're good for the price.

These are great for handling my fine, thin hair; unfortunately, the silicone grip dots come off the first couple of uses, and until they do, the dots pull my hair. Great idea in theory but they just didn’t work the way they’re described.

The clips are a little thinner than other ones I've tried and the little clear cure grip dots come off very easily. They still work well on my fine hair and come in colors that I couldn't find elsewhere so overall OK.

I wear my hair up f work as a therapist.I like them t blend inw hair.Qish they were all 1 color.I give away the dark ones.The little silicon dots, t help grip fell off as soon as I opened. Still workthough.Theres better out there

I could not find these particular clips anywhere, so was happy to find them at Amazon. The only wish I have is that they come in all one color instead of mixed colors on the same package. I will only use the blonde/brass colors so the black clips will just sit in a drawer for a gift to a brunette friend. I've inadvertently slept with them on and when I awaken, they are still in place. Great for thick or thin hair.

I have recently grown my hair long and it is fine and gets in my face and drives me crazy. These little clips work great in staying where I put them and holding the hair. I bought 10 originally but keep giving them away to friends who also struggle to keep their hair put of their eyes.

6 hairclips with nice color - 1 pair an attractive lighter color, 1 pair metallic dark brown, 1 pair black. The metal is nice quality and the paint colors look quite elegant. They have small silicone bumps on one side to prevent them from slipping - works pretty well. I think they were a bit expensive at $1 each clip ($2/pair), but they work well and look nice so no complaints.
