Are the batteries already charged or do you have to charge them before first use?

The battery came with a slight charge. We were able to use the remote dinosaur right away but it didn’t last long. Once the battery is fully charged, the dinosaur can be played with for awhile.

How can I get a new charging cord for the battery packs?

Good question especially if the charger dies no way of knowing

Do we use our own water?? Tap water?
