This file works great. I have recently developed ridges and imperfections on the nail plate that I am using calcium supplement for. However, I was really bummed that my nail polish wouldn't sit right on my nails, especially the lighter colors.I have used the rough surface on the file followed by the nano surface to buff the nails. I am not sure how is the work done different from a regular nail buffer except in the fact that none of my nail buffer blocks lasted me long. Both the nail buffer and the file require a lot of work to get results.Within four to five sessions my nails were looking healthy and shiny. I did have few visible scratches on the surface of the nail but they were shallow enough to be covered by one layer of base coat. However, you wouldn't get that with a nail buffer (hence the four stars).The file is not long, it's about the length of four fingers held together. First I thought it looked short, but I would say it's enough. the packaging is cute I liked it.I would buy this again, I like this product and recommend it to other users.

These are just fantastic. I was looking on youtube at videos about how to grow nails longer and several vloggers said to use crystal files. I bought this set and I will never, ever, ever, go back to emory boards. I could tell the difference the very first time I used the file! It does not rip the nail like the emory boards do. Its a much smoother file, easy to use, and I can feel that the nail is not damaged after filing.Have had several different kinds of files but this does the best job and doesn't wear down like most files. The large one does a good job on tough toenails that are hard to cut. The large file is HUGE and its actually for your heels. I had rough heels and this product took care of it. I was and am very impressed with this set of nail files. Try them! If you want healthy nails then you have to stop using emory boards to file them. This is a wonderful product!

Love these files. You really cannot go wrong with them. Fast and easy to shape a nail, and the ends are never raggedy. The large file is good for buffing off heel callouses as well, smooth and gentle.I keep the smallest one in my purse. The medium sized file I use on my fingernails. I love the versatility of the large file and use it on my finger- and toenails. The glass produces a smooth edge on the nail and files quickly with just a stroke or two. I have not experienced this before but thought I would try them and I am very impressed. The files have exceeded my expectations. I ordered these for me but they would make an excellent gift. Love the color too. An excellent product for an excellent price. Would definitely order again.

Pleasantly surprised by this nail file! i'm converted!My nails are growing longer and stronger and chipping MUCH less often then when i used a plain old emery board. i've noticed i now only get microscopic "knicks" in my nails, versus them just totally breaking. once i feel a snag, i pull out the handy nail file case and in a few seconds my nails are perfect.This file is also very easy to maintain. As soon are you are done, simply rinse the file under some warm water and leave it out to dry. Once dry you can return it to the case.Overall, this is a great file for anyone who wants to care for their nails. I recommend this product.

I purchased these several months ago and have been using one so far. I gave some of them to my friends as gifts. The nail file is of very good quality and the perfect size for carrying in my purse. The holder is of a bit lower quality, but it very colorful & works very well for what it is. Thank You! I feel it is working very well and my friends also says they also felt so. It works very smoothly and silently in relatively shorter time than the usual metallic nail files. And as the instruction tells it seems like very durable and when I wash it with water it looks as if it is new. I am very happy with this purchase!

Just got this last week and so far I'm very happy. It really does turn nail filings into dust and leaves a super smooth finish. My nails are still recovering from years of gel manicures. They are two thirds of the way grown out and the tips don't crumble as badly as they did but you can still where layers of the nail were buffed off and places that were gouged by scraping implements. I have to be vigilant about smoothing any roughness that develops on the nail edges to stop further breaks or tears. The emery boards I've been using were just too coarse and tough on my nails. It is that amazing!!!

I first heard about using a glass file from a friend, but I really didn't really think it would make much of a difference. I decided to buy this nail file because it seemed like a great deal for only 9.9! It arrived fast and comes in its own plastic slip so you don't have to worry about it breaking. After using it only once, will nevwe use a generic mail file again. This crystal file effortlessly cut down my nails without me having to use the dreaded clippers. It shapes the nail beautifully and allows for a quick manicure. Will definitelybe buying this again!
