This works well if you don't sleep on your side. The bluetooth earpieces are bulky, about the 3/4" thick and they don't have any cushion to protect your ear from the hardness of the plastic. So every morning I woke up with red irritated ears. There is also a low hum coming from the piece with the buttons, which was annoying too. I listen to music throughout the night, and the earpieces lasted about 8 hours on a full charge. The best thing about this eye mask is the mask itself. It's very thick and comfortable and blocks light very well. I actually ended up removing the bluetooth earpieces and just used the mask to sleep with. My search for the perfect sleep headphones continues!

I got these to listen to my Calm app nighttime stories to help me with my occasional insomnia. Because I sleep on my belly and my side, the speakers bother me after a whilel, so I wake up and change to my other face mask, but these get the job done for a while. If you're a back sleeper, they''ll be great.

It's comfortable, but it has to be manually turned off when you're done using it. It should really automatically turn off when not being used of once a certain time has elapsed.Edit: the left speaker also stopped working after 2 weeks.

This will not hold a charge... I would love to be able to exchange this for a working mask... why isn’t exchange available for defective products?
