Big Land, The

A little like Alan Ladd's, Shane but still held your interest...If your not a fan of old westerns then you might know what or who to compare it with...A little typical of the period of old westerns but still ok...new westerns don't do the job of developing characters and well as the old movie...I'm a old western fans, so I'm leaning to the 4 star side...We, Spouse and I both liked the movie...

If you like Alan Ladd then this film will be worth watching.

Another Alan Ladd classic western along with Edmond O'Brien these two set out to bringa railhead to a remote part of the counrty in exchange for freighting of cattle /wheat etc qwell worth watchingi would recommend.

Allan Ladd, what can I say. Good movie. There are a few more movies to add to his collection, such as Red Mountain. I enjoy watching this movie.
