Wouldn’t use the ball that comes with it
Overall great for use at small parties at home. They come with 2 of the tiniest balls -almost like ball bearings. The number reel isn’t fully stuck down so some edges have lifted slightly. The wheel spins well but it isn’t balanced and you can see this during the spin. When releasing the supplied balls it kept landing on the same number and it had something to do with the number strip not being fully stuck down. So I’ve replaced the balls it with a larger and heavier ball. This seems to work well and the numbers are now randomised

Awful.
The media could not be loaded. I have spun the roulette wheel 10 times now. 7 of those times the balls landed on red, 1 time on black and 2 times on 0 is this a joke. The sturdiness of this is awful and the wheel itself moves up and down when spinning. Would not recommend. I was just looking for a good budget one but it seems to be proving difficult.

Got this for a party..... The balls that come with it are a little small and got lose.... Had to use a different ball from one of my kids games they had....

Arrived with no balls
Arrived promptly and product seems fine, but is missing the two balls so it’s pretty redundant…

It is cheap and looks cheap,spinner doesn’t sit properly but more importantly it was not fit for purpose as it came with zero balls!
