Sarson's - Malt Vinegar - 250ml

I recently tried malt vinegar at a restaurant and it smelled like dirty feet, and sorta tasted a bit "off" as well. Does this smell like dirty feet?

Is the bottle refillable?

Is this in a glass or plastic bottle?
