So tasty - I need non-dairy and non-gluten.. Its not been easy to find something that's nice AND a relevant from a protein intake point of view. This absolutely is - and it doesn't destroy my guts.

I found the 21g protein bar filled me up - a good breakfast or lunch substitute.

Sabor excepcional (Vanilla Fudge muy por encima del resto), prácticamente sin azúcar, cobertura de chocolate y toffee vegano espectaculares, textura sobresaliente con un toque crunchy. Ideales como tentempié sano. Gran efecto saciante (ingeridas con suficiente agua). El sabor es sorprendemente natural, sin regustos químicos o raros por el tipo de proteína que incorpora. NO VAIS A ENCONTRAR UNA BARRITA MEJOR A ESTE PRECIO (NI A NINGÚN OTRO). Altamente recomendables

Ho provato le PhD Nutrition Smart Plant Protein Barrette Vegane Vaniglia come alternativa vegetale alle classiche barrette proteiche e il mio giudizio è nel complesso discreto. Dal punto di vista nutrizionale sono interessanti: hanno un buon contenuto di proteine e pochi zuccheri, quindi sono adatte come spuntino post-allenamento o quando si vuole qualcosa di pratico ma controllato nei valori. Il fatto che siano vegane è sicuramente un punto a favore per chi segue questo tipo di alimentazione. Per quanto riguarda il gusto, la vaniglia si sente ma non è particolarmente intensa. La barretta è abbastanza dolce, ma non stucchevole. La consistenza è piuttosto compatta e un po’ densa: personalmente la trovo leggermente asciutta rispetto ad altre barrette proteiche più morbide. Non è sgradevole, ma potrebbe non piacere a tutti.

Wer vegane Proteinriegel kennt weiß wie trocken sie sein können. Ich finde diesen Riegel aber gar nicht trocken im Vergleich zu anderen veganen Riegeln. Ich hab wirklich schon zig vegane Proteinriegel aus unterschiedlichen Preisklassen ausprobiert und ich bin von diesem sehr begeistert. Auch ein so hoher Proteingehalt mit 20g pro Riegel ist bei veganen Riegeln eigentlich selten. Finde ihn auch vom Geschmack her top und nicht zu süß. Neben den Barebells vegan Riegeln ist dieser Riegel mein neuer Favorit
