Sid Harvey Industries Inc 250-48M "Mitco" Ful Flow FB4 Replacement Oil Filter Cartridge

I've never changed my oil filter, and after five years... I figured it was time to take the plunge. Besides getting an oil smell everywhere while switching it, everything went pretty well.The included directions are very detailed, and they included the gaskets i needed. The "body"/ large gasket seemed a touch too large, and it didn't sit quite flat, but is sealing properly.I'll change it more often from now on, because it was all gunked up and i had to take the filter cover off to be able to scrape off all of the gunk in the lines.

As stated, with gaskets. Cannot seem to find locally at the hardware store. Good price, fast shipping.

A filter for fuel oil tank output. Previously bought and used one. Fully filled filter housing. Great!!! Proved to work better than standard replacements. Therefore bought 4 more.

3 star rating because I thought the ad was misleading since it shows 3 filters but you only get 1 filter and the ad does not specifically say you only get 1 filter since the picture shows 3. It was the filter I wanted and the correct filter for my application.

This is a quality home burner oil filter. Note that it comes with 3 necessary gaskets which are not shown in the picture or description. Excellent product at a low price. Buy with confidence.

I received a single filter and all the necessary gaskets. Install went as expected. Furnace still works so that's a good thing.

This Sid Harvey 250-48 replacement cartridge was a perfect fit for the FULFLO FB4 filter canister on my oil fired boiler and included the three gaskets required for installation. These are identical to the Mitco 250-48M and Westwood F80-36 cartridges.
