Simple, compact charger with one AC cord input and 5 USB ports output. It has 3 x 1.0A ports and 2 x 2.4A (for faster charging). It comes with cables for 3 apple lighting and 2 micro cables. However you can charge 5 lighting, or 5 micro, or any combination of 5 at the same time with additional cables.Right now I am charging an apple iPhone, iPod, and iPad, a Kindle Fire, and an Anker Power Core portable charger. (The only issue is that the iPad 12.5" needs to be in the middle slot or everything will tip.)I would beware of some of fancier "chargers stations". They may be very nice looking but you have to buy the actual charger and cables separately thus doubling the price.

QUALITY ISSUE: After using charging station for one month both of the 2.4 connections failed. Contacted seller and they were most prompt in sending me a replacement. Sorry to say but the new one is experiencing the same issues after another month. I should have paid more attention to user reviews as this problem was mentioned by others.

Have had it exactly 1 month. Last week, the station started acting flaky, the red light indicating the unit was working/getting power used to come on only intermittently. Things left to charge overnight never got charged. Tried different power outlets in the house (that I confirmed were working). sometime the unit never came on, sometimes it came on after a few minutes. Last night, the station seems to have died for good. Not happy, need to call Amazon and see what my options are ...Update:Over the holidays, recd. an Amazon packet .. hadn't ordered anything, so was wondering if something had been erroneously delivered to me. Ended up being a replacement unit of this charging station. Guess the manufacturer reacted to my earlier review ... Any way, unpacked the new one, plugged it in the wall socket and started plugging in the lightening and micro-USB charging cords - I was being lazy and instead of using the cords that came with the new unit, I just unused the cords from the older/defunct unit. When I plugged in the last of the 3 lightening cords, guess what? The unit went dead (red power light went out). But as soon as I took out the offending cord, the unit worked again. So .. it looks like a bad cord causes the entire unit to go on the blink. I tried with a different lightening cable and it works just fine. Even the old unit works just fine. So it ended up not being an issue with the core unit/electronics but just a bad cable causing what I can only imagine is some kind of short affecting the entire unit. So, upgrading review to a 4-star while I continue evaluating the longevity of the unit. Shout out to the customer service department of this company for following up on my earlier review and for standing by their product!

This is a serviceable charging station. I like that it comes with cords for a variety of devices. It's really helped declutter my nightstand, which has become charging central (phone, iPad, Kindle, kid's leappad). It handles all of the devices well. The only reason I've knocked it down a star is because the dividers don't stay in the base. I have to reinsert one at least once a week. Seems to happen more with larger devices, like an iPad, but the description shows it charging iPads, so it should be able to stand up to that use.

This device eliminated a huge mess of wires and electronics on the kitchen counter. This unit is compact and sturdy. It also came complete with the usb connectors for my iPhone's which was a huge plus since most other units I looked at did not. I did have to buy a connector for the older iPad. There are also two connectors for what I am assuming are Android phones. This unit also came attractively boxed if you would want to give one as a gift. I am extremely happy with this charging station.

I absolute LOVE this charging station.Before we got it, the place we charged our devices was a hot mess. Long cables, all tangled up together.Now it looks neat and organized and makes space in that corner.I especially like these features:- short cables that are good quality- very neat, organized, modern look- fits neatly in any corner- it has lightning cables and USB cables, so you can plug in your iphone, ipad, other androids, Nexus etc

Base is very sturdy. Not sure how long the plastic dividers will last though. My devices charge as expected. It looks nice and keeps my desk organized.One question asked if it made noise and the response was no, but when I have both of my iPads charging at the same time there is definitely a low electrical buzz. I turned everything off in the room and it was definitely coming from the charging station,.

Worked perfect for a few weeks. Now one of the plugs isn't working. It went from a 5 device charger to a 4 device charger. Also 2 of the plugs are not apple chargers. I was only using the 3 apple chargers. With 1 not working, it only charges 2 devices. I have not tried to replace the cords yet because I didn't want any to stop working. Now that it's not working on its own, I will try to use a different cord to see if the station can be salvaged.
