You get what you pay for, and this only cost $27......and for that price I am immensely satisfied. I did not have any of the problems listed in the other 2 reviews. It came nicely packed in a plastic case with a handle, similar to the type of case you get with a comforter. You can reuse this bag however you wish, or you can use it to store the ottoman when not in use. It folds up pretty compact, and can slide under a bed. It is very spacious inside, and has plenty of room to fit pretty much anything you want to store. It is "faux leather"......remember that. That is clearly stated in the description, and I was not expecting this piece of furniture to be the centerpiece of my home. I bought it to hide my clutter, and so far it seems like it will do a fine job. And my cat really loves to sleep on it. If you are looking for a luxurious, expensive looking ottoman, then buy an expensive ottoman. If you are not looking to spend a fortune, this is a great product.

easy to assemble
Wow, can't believe people gave this a so-so rating! It is substantive, easy to assemble, and LOOKS EXPENSIVE. If I had to criticize I'd say that it is a tad heavy, but that also makes it sturdy. Worth every penny, very pleased.
