Alcohol Free Volumizing Hair Spray

First of all, the smell of this product is divine! It makes me curious about other Rizos products. Even though it's alcohol-free, this hairspray provides a relatively strong hold. It's not as crunchy as other hairsprays, but there is still some grit and crunch to your hair. I love this product!

This really works well to hold my wave shape while my hair dries. My hair gets weighed down easily by product and what's been working is spraying a heat protectant first, then applying and scrunch a foam mousse. When my waves are formed I finish with this sprayed all over - don't go overboard, just enough to get some hold and a cast. I'll let my hair airdry for a bit and then finish up with a diffuser. My waves last much better overnight and into day 2 and 3. I wish I had tried this sooner but I honestly never thought something called hair spray was anything other than the product used to hold your finished style after it's dry.

The spray bottle worked well - this isn't one of those bottles that shoots out product in a little stream. It did provide some nice hold but I found it a little drying and it also left my hair with a "producty" feeling.

The description says that it is alcohol free. From what I experienced with this is that it's stiff, sticky and harder than amy hairspray I've ever used but it still leaves my curls bouncy and intact. In my opinion, it does its job.

I ordered this hairspray because it was recommended on a video in UTube. The first bottle I received was leaking everywhere. The sprayer part was broken. I requested a return and replacement. I quickly got a new bottle. But the sprayer part on this bottle was also not working correctly. When I’d press to spray it, it wouldn’t pop back up as it should to spray again. I had to wait some time for it to come back up. Nor do i like this product either. It feels very sticky and my hair looked like it was drenched with hairspray. I have naturally curly hair and I scrunched my hair over and over hoping that it would look and feel better but it did not. I through the bottle away. Very disappointed. I gave it one star because they sent a replacement bottle quickly.

Perfect for my curly the product is not greasy, define curl and hold for hours. Give hair a good fragrance. Recommend it

It does it's job, but is stiff and sticky. I wanted something that would make my hair still soft and this isn't it. But again, it does it's job.
