Discounted sock; was off!
There must have been a reason it was half price or otherwise heavily discounted, they were off. It seems either a storage issue, or fabrication issue. They have not "cured/salted" through, have very patchy appearance inside, not flavoursome, and tasted off with that acidity that one gets in jars not quite hermetically sealed when made. Chucked out most of it, including really terrible brine. A shame really, as I believe i have bought this brand and may be even same cucumbers before, and they were not THE best, but at least OK.
