It works!
This stuff is wonderful for dry cracked heels. When I did research for my own problem I read another review elsewhere of someone who had a similar problem and they stated that their doctor recommended that they use 40% urea for there cracked heels. So I looked around for it on Amazon and tried it out for myself figuring that it wouldn't hurt. Since this worked so well I ended up saving myself time and money by not having to go to my own doctor. This is why I appreciate it when people take the time to review items and talk about their experiences. Anyways, I use the spray after I get out of the shower and it takes a few minutes to absorb. It is a light spray that is not oily or greasy. Absorbs well and softens rough dry heels immediately on contact. I scruff off the skin in the shower every two or three days. Mine was not a serious case but I'm sure it would work on really dry heels if you were patient with it. Will be using this always now. I highly recommend this product.

Great stuff
This works great; my feet have never been better. My feet are no longer cracked and the feel very smooth.

it's alright
even though this is easier to use than the cream, i dont think it does as well of a job as the urea cream for kp.
