What an experience with ApplianceDesk! This company has far exceeded my expectations in resolving such an exhausting issue with this particular unit. The red color is fabulous, but the machine was not functional as designed. My unit was replaced without a hassle; an extended warranty was applied; monetary compensation for loss of personal expenses was rewarded;a box of HE detergent shipped immediately to my home (detergent gives your clothes an amazingly fresh smell); excellent customer service provided by an exceptional, caring, persistent and super funny company representative that brightened this lengthy situation. Finally, I received a personal phone call from the President/CEO of the company expressing his sincere apologies for the negative experience I endured with the first unit! Not only was I impressed by his personal attention,I was equally proud to learn that he took action to resolve any future defects or complaints regarding their product.
