I got these for caving. It's a pretty tough environment on pads. You can easily spend $40-$60 or more on elbow pads specifically designed for caving - and yeah, they tend to be pretty durable - but I haven't found any that I actually like. I prefer the sleeve-style pads, but the ones for caving that I have found don't have padding coverage as broad as these. I coat my knee and elbow pads with tool dip (Plasti-Dip or another good, quality name brand) to significantly extend their life. $10 or so for a spray can (which will coat a few sets of pads) plus the low price point of these elbow pads gives me way more value than any specialty pads than I have found. Highly recommended. I don't have large arms (I'm 5'8" and ~170lb), so I got a medium. They work just fine, but I do find myself having to adjust them every once in a while during a spelunk. I'm on the fence about whether I should have gotten a small, but not enough for me to actually do anything about it. All in all, great purchase, especially for the money.

These are great. Stitched on padding. Only loose a star because they get warm and hot. I would but again if needed.

Nice elbow pads you also get 2 of them. Mine fits and stays in place and provides great protection to the elbow. I use them when I go metal detecting because I tend to lay on my left side with my elbow supporting me and it had become very painful from the constant pressure while digging. slips right on and seems very durable due to the rubber protector cup on the elbow.

A most excellent product for what it was designed for. Love it! I’m an older guy that bruises easily and I keep banging my elbows into door frames. These gaurds work great for that protection. And I use them while doing gym work, protection from the equipment. Made of a good quality, durable material. I got the snug fit but still easy enough to pull in. It is a bit bulky, but that’s kind of what ya want. And they fit well under a long sleeve shirt.

These have been laundered in the machine one time and do not Fray or deteriorate and the quality of material is high does not shift around inside the cloth and it's tight like a compression elbow at the same time protects the forearm elbow, and lower tricep. The Squeeze is consistent all the way through the sleeve & I suppose the sleeve could be used for the legs on a smaller skinnier person effectively but there are some great guards out there for The Shins, recommending G form and this bodyprox brand, both have exceeded expectations and the price values are decent. This is definitely worth of the value picking it up at $20 where it offers tight compression that is not uncomfortable oh, I have to adjust them every hour or so a little bit , however they are snug and don't move around much as They are made for active wearing. As I said they wash fine if they get smelly from wearing them all the time, and actually to be honest I enjoy wearing these for cycling or MMA. I'm really glad I found these and I hope others are able to discover them cuz you can't beat that price for this kind of quality protection vs. comfort. Great for wrestlers, cyclists or anyone with elbow issues where touch is sensitive or the skin is damaged and has a Band-Aid so wearing this is fine it won't slide. You can totally cushion your elbow while dishing out the damage for full contact sparring and it will hold the joint for soreness or old injury. Great for just rolling around in practicing moves or jiu-jitsu, locks and , hand control exercises and groundwork floor control, as well as pummeling hand control exercises common for wrestlers. These are well worth every penny top of the pile as I have gone through some expensive protective gear while cycling and have found a lot of expensive items that just fall apart completely these are exceptional and do not Overlook them for protective wear need. I'm more confident in my active life with these under my leather on rides, or cycling around town, or delivering on ebike with other protector items. this pair of sleeves, yes two are so nice for the price they deserve an award. I hope trainers and coaches can get these for their teams to help reduce injuries like mat burn and rashes, elbow lock sprain strain and exhaustion/weakness. protection for the joint, and maybe a little hot and sweaty for long drill session. be sure to air out and wash sweaty toxins and bacteria away. they can take the dryer on high but don't need it, hanging dry is fine and I prefer hand wash/ wring/ hang/ wear

So this product is built very well for the price. Can probably take a serious beating and defend your elbow against damage. I got them for mountain biking. Which they would have done great at. Especially as I also body build and my arms grow and these stay tight while also allowing serious room for growth. So all that is great! The only single solitary problem is I see these being warm in the summer and due to the wool like feeling from the material though ever so small. Would cause rashing on longer rides or rides where you will bend your elbow alot. And in mountain biking you do. Again though. These are great if that is not an issue for you.

They are nice and sturdy. A bit tight, but id rather them be tighter than loose.

So I purchased these for work. In a warehouse filled with metal shelves and lots of boxes. So I've been whacking my arms alot and I bruise easy. So I found these awesome full protection where you need it to protect my arms and elbows. The elbow pads are great they stay in place all day. The padding is excellent. I've been wearing them 3 days now and I've saved my elbows a handful of time already. After hitting my funny bone last week. And causing some nerve damage. I wish I got these sooner. But wearing them for 30 hours in 3 days and rubbing from every move I make which is to many to count. I have noticed some pilling on the material but honestly its gonna happen. gonna get good use out of this pair and definitely will buy another pair when these are worn out and cant be worn no more. It's a good investment for the 25 bucks. And it's good protection for my poor elbows. I would recommend these for everyday wear for work or working out. I got size large I'm a big girl. They fit great but please measure I did. I'm happy with my purchase.
