I remember back to when you had to buy a guitar tabs book from a music shop if you wanted to learn a song. Then the Internet came and with it the guitar tabs app. This has taken it to a whole new level. Search a song and play along to a video whilst the chords appear on the screen! If it's an unusual song not on the app yet, the built in Ai will work out the cords for you. Its pretty impressive... Then you have the multiple different options for sound effects and settings, the jam along mode, various other bits n pieces ive not even looked into yet All from a tiny battery powered and mobile speaker that sounds great. Best purchase ever I almost got the spark2 but just needed it for practicing indoors. The mini was the perfect choice

I was a bit sceptical about the claims and the effectiveness of this amp especially given its compact size, but it really has far surpassed my expectations. It is only 10 watts, sits neatly on my desk, and is perfect for me. I would say it is suited to personal practice, home gatherings, and other small venues. It is ideal for my needs as I needed a small desk amp to use with my acoustic and electric guitars, and one which I could easily move if needed. This fit the brief brilliantly and its compact and lightweight design, along with its neat carrying handle, makes it extremely easy to move around. I did consider the smaller 5-watt Spark model and a wide range of rival options, but after long research into the qualities and capabilities of different amps, I decided that this one stood out from the crowd. I bought this with my own money, and I am happy to report that I have not been disappointed in any way. The Spark Mini also offers great potential for the more demanding too, with jamming options and the like, though these are not my personal area of interest. I prefer to sing and play solo, and this amplifier really works for me in that capacity. Even without using the free Spark app, the tone from the built-in options available on the amplifier case itself are lovely straight out of the box, but the free app provides a huge diversity of amplifier and effect options through what I believe to be a well-designed, simple to use interface. Overall, this amplifier is well worth the money I paid, and one I would happily recommend to any guitar enthusiast looking for a small, portable amplifier for personal use and small room gatherings. It is an excellent choice, and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone that has similar needs to myself.

It is good sounding small practice amp. Integrated USB-C charged battery is a life changing feature comparing to Boss Katana Mini and its AA batteries. Spark mini can store 4 different preset which can be edited only by the app on your phone or tablet. It is quite simple to do it, but I prefere to also have access to the physical gain and EQ controls on the amp. You have enough amp models and effects to build your tone and access to the library with a lot of premade presets (even by some famous guitarists). In conclusion this is a nice small practice amp even if slightly overpriced. It is close to Yamaha THR price range which sounds better for my taste.

For a small room amp or even for jamming with friends at home, this definitely fits that bill. The sound quality is really decent considering its small size. The app is very good and although I need to put on my strongest reading glasses to make any adjustments to the amp controls (using an iPhone 13 Pro Max) the standout for me is the cloud patches that have been submitted by the community if we're talking about the software. I have a Valeton GP200 which has great sound quality but I don't feel left wanting from the quality of the effects on the Spark MINI at all. They all sound great and the fact that you can wander off with this and use it anywhere is a game changer for me. I have event sat in bed with it and practiced some scales with it sitting on the bedside table. I bought a 5.8ghz wireless guitar transmitter/receiver and can wander around the room with a guitar strap on the Strat and really feel that it's representing the sound of the guitar accurately. It's louder than most people would need in a moderate space though I wouldn't take it to a band practice IF there was a real drum kit there, though I can't help but think it may actually do it's best to fit in volume wise. You can though buy a perfectly decent floor standing amp for the same price which will be louder with greater bass, but it likely won't offer the array of effects this offers, the IRs or the cloud patches that you get from other users. USB-C to my Mac Mini goes straight in to Logic X so it's a nice little audio interface to boot. I'll likely own this for many years to come..

These little amps are a total game changer. I'm a line 6 helix user, but I have some building work on the horizon, and need to put some things in storage for a while. So I was looking for something small, but versatile. I almost bought the bigger brother, but having researched, I settled on the mini. The main reasons for that decision were: 1) portability - the rechargeable battery and the possibilities to take this thing on holiday in my campervan was a real plus 2) the bigger unit has many reviews which say it's too bass heavy for a guitar amp 3) I tweak settings in the app and do not need all of the dials on the amp too So, what's it like in use? This thing is FRIGGING AWESOME! I wish I had access to something like this when I was a kid!!! So many options built in through the app to get you up and running in no time, and adding the footswitch gives you a proper workable jam machine to power through any style and go from clean to dirty and a range of effects. You can jam along too, using the app. There's also a whole load of learning features, ideal for beginners. Bottom line, is this going to replace my helix? Of course not... but for home practice and taking it out and about? This thing is a serious great bit of kit.

I had high hopes, but the amp was faulty on delivery. When I turned it on it made a loud buzzing noise, even with all dials turned to zero. Plugging in headphones sounded fine, so there was something wrong with the speaker wiring. I contacted their customer support, and after a 2 day wait someone got it touch to say that if I sent it to them they would send a new one within 2 weeks! Not impressed. I'm sending it back to amazon. I have read others saying customer support is poor I've read great reviews, and it looks good/ feels well made with great features- haven't decided if I'm brave enough to buy another....

This little amp is nothing short of astounding! When I first got it I wasn't particularly impressed with the preset sounds and then I started fiddling about on the app. There are lots of different amps and effects to choose from and you can get a whole range of tones. It won't take you long to find 'YOUR' sounds. Save them to the presets and away you go! I don't know how Positive Grid do it, but you get this immense sound coming out of this tiny box. If you like Dave Gilmour and have the 'Delicate Sounds of Thunder' live album, you can actually get something very close to that immense sound he creates. The app is just brilliant! You have all these backing tracks from fusion, to soul, to rock, that you can jam along with and the sound of your guitar will be synced with the track perfectly. I've tried doing the same thing with my Katana and it wasn't as good. They just don't sound as synced. I hardly ever play my big amps any more as the mini pretty much does anything I need. If you're toying about with the idea of getting one of these ask yourself, 'What volume do I play at most of the time?' I play at home and don't need big volumes, in fact I rarely put my other amps above 2. Also because it's battery powered you can take it anywhere, which I can't do with my little Blackstar Fly. The Mini is really well made and sits nicely in any space. There are a lot of other useful features on the app like showing you the chords you're playing in real time and I think it makes you more aware of how you play. I've been playing for nearly 40 years and I don't think I've ever enjoyed playing an amp as much as this. One thing I would note however, is that if you're playing a single coil guitar and you have the noise gate on, it will choke out the higher notes particularly on the high E string. You won't get this as bad with humbuckers. Just turn the noise gate off and this will help. For the money you pay, you get A LOT and I really mean that. There are quite a few reviewers on YouTube who actually prefer the Mini over the bigger Spark 40. Treat yourself to one, I don't think you'll regret it!

Je l'ai acheté pour ne pas avoir à allumer mon Marshall tout lampes qui chauffe la pièce, et c'est la meilleure chose que j'ai faite depuis longtemps en matière d'achat musique! Le son est puissant pour la taille, et les possibilités sont infinies avec l'app associée. La configuration est rapide et facile, en quelques minutes, vous êtes prêts! Les sont sont variés et très bien reproduits. Que ce soit avec une acoustique ou une électrique, c'est vraiment bon. On sent bien que les progrès de modélisation sonore ont été importants depuis quelques années. Comme ampli de chambre/bureau pour s'entrainer, c'est parfait! Il est très compact, esthétique et pratique. Couplé à un transmetteur sans fil pour guitare, c'est idéal. L'application dédiée permet tous les réglages imaginables pour tous les styles. Elle est bien faite, à part la partie qui crée de l'accompagnement en fonction des accords joués, soit disant grâce à l'IA, qui est décidémment partout, qui fait de la bouillie, tout le reste est pratique. Choix du modèle d'ampli, des pédales d'effet actives et des paramètres avec les boutons virtuels, comme sur les vrais. Une fois le son trouvé, vous pouvez le sauvegarder dans une des 4 mémoires dédiées sur le premier bouton en remplaçant les sons d'origine. Bref, beaucoup de choses à explorer avec ce petit ampli de chez Positive Grid, et pour le prix, vous ne serez pas déçus, c'est sûr!

Sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla qualità sonora di questo amplificatore. Nonostante le dimensioni molto contenute, restituisce un suono pieno, convincente e soprattutto estremamente divertente da suonare. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso maggiormente è la resa dei suoni distorti: la saturazione è ricca e progressiva e non dà quella sensazione artificiale che spesso si percepisce nei piccoli amplificatori digitali. Aumentando gain e volume si riescono inoltre a ottenere fischi, armonici e feedback controllabili, con una risposta molto naturale al modo in cui si suona. La versatilità è probabilmente il suo punto di forza maggiore. Attraverso i diversi modelli di amplificatore e gli effetti disponibili si passa facilmente da suoni puliti e cristallini a crunch, lead molto saturi e sonorità decisamente più aggressive. L'app amplia ulteriormente le possibilità e permette di costruire e salvare moltissimi setup differenti. Il sistema Spark offre infatti numerosi modelli di amplificatori ed effetti configurabili. Molto convincente anche la dinamica: volume della chitarra, intensità della pennata e tecniche diverse vengono percepiti bene dall'amplificatore, rendendo piacevole anche semplicemente improvvisare senza perdere tempo nelle regolazioni. Considerando inoltre che è compatto, alimentato a batteria e utilizzabile anche come speaker Bluetooth, trovo incredibile quante possibilità siano racchiuse in un oggetto così piccolo. Per studiare, improvvisare e sperimentare nuovi suoni è diventato rapidamente uno degli amplificatori più divertenti che abbia utilizzato.

Der in den USA entwickelte und in China gefertigte Amp-Spark Mini von Positiv Grid überzeugt in voller Länge. Er ist nicht nur ein fantastisch klingender Gitarrenverstärker mit tollen Zusatzfunktionen über die Spark App, sondern auch ein Bluetooth Lautsprecher und ein Amp Modeller der seinesgleichen sucht. "Das Modelling natürlich nur über die App". Die Konkurenz ist hier sowohl als Amp als auch als Lautsprecher in weite Ferne gerückt, kein mir bekannter Amp weißt auch nur annähernd so viele Funktionen per App und eine so klare und präzise Musikwiedergabe auf. Hier stimmen Bässe-Mitten und Höhen in beindruckender Weiße. Lass dich Inspirieen von den Möglichkeiten. Alles aufzuzählen was die Spark App kann wäre hier zu lange. Die Kopplung mit IOs oder Android Funktioniert perfekt. Kleiner Tip, die Pairing Taste hinten am Amp wärend des Kopplungsvorganges gedrückt halten. Die 10 Watt Leistung des Gerätes reichen aus um Zuhause, beim Gartenfest oder bei kleineren Feiern zu glänzen. Er kann ziemlich laut sein und muss sich vor der Konkurrenz nicht fürchten. Die langen Jahre der Entwicklungszeit haben sich gelohnt, von mir deshalb die Volle Punktzahl und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
