Overall, I LOVE this dish wand. It doesn't leak and it makes washing dishes so easy once you learn how to use it. As the volume of soap in the wand goes down, you may have to use both thumbs to push the spot that releases soap because one thumb might not create enough pressure. It's annoying until you figure that out, but I don't even think about now. Easy peasy. My only complaint is that the scrubber pad tears off after a few uses. I found that if I set that pad aside to dry and then reattached it with super glue gel, it will then last for months. I gave it 4 stars because Scotch-Brite should use a stronger glue and I shouldn't have to fix it for them. Otherwise, this is the best dish scrubber system I've used. I also bought the same wand with the scrub brush heads and am very pleased!

I have RA and that makes a lot of household cleaning jobs difficult between the pain and loss of strength in my hands and wrists. I was surprised at how much easier it is for me to wash dishes-mainly pots and pans, using this sponge/handle combination. The handle is hollow and can be filled with dish liquid. To wash dishes just wet the sponge and squeeze the handle gently while scrubbing to get the dish liquid moving. This has been a game changer for me as handwashing dishes has always been my least favorite household chore and pots and pans would stack up (‘just letting them soak’ lol) but using this sponge I get to the pots and pans straight away and my hands don’t hurt as much as using a traditional sponge.

This is a great upgrade on the Vileda I used to have (Handles kept breaking and leaking soap). Seems very durable and high quality. I love that you are in control of the soap dispensing, wish you could squirt less at a time but it is so nice it is not constantly dispensing.
