We bought this for a 2015 cad xt5. It came quickly & was well packaged. Easy install & works liked promised. Very happy.

Works as intended
Works great. Just prepare for the process to take longer than you think. It took me a total of about 2 hours to complete the replacement. Had to take the dashboard apart. Remove the stereo system. Take it apart. And put it all back together. If you are not handy, I don’t recommend this for you. Find someone who is and pay to have it done. Work was completed on a 2016 Escalade. I recommend find a good video online that walks you through the process with exact type car you have.

Easy Install
Screen works great so far. Really easy install. Might have been able to remove, replace, and re-install the radio in 30 minutes if it wasn't for the little bits of lint that I just couldn't keep from getting sucked in between the screens. Maybe some alcohol wipes to kill some of the static? Happy with it. 2016 Srx

Saved $1500.00 over dealer quote.
My Cadillac Cue screen was nonfunctional. After getting a quote from the dealer, I thought I'd give it a shot. If you follow the YouTube video, it is very helpful. As far as difficulty level, using a 1 for very easy and a 10 for extremely difficult, I'd give it a 5. had the old screen out and the new screen installed, and dash put back in 1 hour. Very good quality...as good as factory part. Saved $1,500 to boot.
