NOT a concentrate, just regular 32 oz. bubbles
Not as described. The bubble container clearly says "ready to use" and says nothing about dilution. The bubbles are fine as is, but not the concentrate as advertised, which is why I bought them. I tried a 1:1 solution:water dilution, and it worked okay, but it seems like a regular 32. oz. bottle of bubbles.
