Low Quality - Buy Elsewhere - Sticky Cover

One of the first things you might notice about this book is no printer/publisher is listed. This is intentional.The cover was sticky, the art was printed on copy paper, the printing itself is low resolution, the margins are too thin, and the original dedication to Robert's brother is missing.
