Insulin Syringes 29G 1cc 1/2" 120 Pack

I've tried other brands but always come back to these. The quality is consistent, and I have no complaints. I can hit the smallest of veins, and the chisel point, if positioned correctly, stops vein roll. These are definitely my go-to barrel.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pricing and quality

The seller was Brandzig, and they packaged the syringes in Amazon packaging so it was not obvious what I ordered. Some sellers will ship them in the box, which is not discreet. This can vary seller to seller- even if the product listed is the same, a different seller can ship it to you. Know your sellers, and also look for “ship in Amazon packaging” or gift wrap options at checkout if it’s a concern. For this seller, it didn’t give me an Amazon packaging option, but it was delivered to a locker location so privacy wasn’t that important.It had the fastest delivery date for what I wanted- 29 gauge 1mL capacity long tips. I also ordered my normal, favorite brand, but that brand would take several extra days for delivery so I ordered these with 2 day delivery just in case I ran out. I like they included 20 bonus syringes.Unlike other brands, these syringes are not packaged in bags by 10. They are individually packaged and sealed in “sheets” of 6. Of course they’re still capped, sterile, and sealed.For those complaining about the length of the needle, I advise you to read what you’re ordering- these are 1/2” tips and the listing states that, aka long tips. I prefer long tips. If you want shorter tips, order 5/8” needle length. Of course, you don’t need to insert this needle all the way if you do not like how long it is and you already purchased it. You have control of the syringe. I also advise you to order 1mL capacity syringes (they often also come in 0.5mL capacity aka half this capacity) unless you are using very small amounts of insulin, such as 5-10 units- then you’re better off ordering 0.5mL capacity. Anything else, though, 1mL is your safest bet.These are not my favorite but they’re syringes. Favoritism comes down to little nuances and quirks. These will get the job done and be delivered in a timely manner.

My dear Lucy (labrador retriever) has diabetes and I usually purchase these syringes for her. They are easy to read and the needle is long enough to ensure that she receives her dose of insulin. Perfect amount to last 2 full months. If you’re looking for a higher quantity of syringes this is a perfect solution.

These syringes are absolute garbage. They were advertised as having "short needles, perfect for needle anxiety", yet the needles are super long and not sharp at all. In fact, the needle on these is nearly twice as long as my regular brand (ReliOn). I had a hard time drawing up the insulin with them because there was some kind of vacuum or something that sucked the plunger right back down. When I tried to force it back, the plunger came out of the syringe. I had to give it several tries before I could get the correct dosage drawn up. And the needle isn't sharp at all, it literally "popped" my skin when it went in. Not ever buying these again. I liked that they were individually wrapped rather than in bags of 25 and the price seemed like a good deal. I thought I was getting a bargain but these are trash.DO. NOT. BUY!
